The Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) has launched a dating website known as Redeemers Connect, where Christian singles can get their life partner.
Redeemers Connect is a Christian courtship platform designed to connect eligible brethren in the RCCG global community.
The RCCG dating website allows members to access the profiles of other nembers who have registered. The platform can either be accessed by the member free of charge or in respect of specified services on payment.
According to information available on the website, Redeemers Connect is exclusively for Christian singles, widows, widowers and unmarried seniors in the RCCG global family with serious intent to get married within a year or two upon enlisting as a member.
The about page of the dating platform reads:
“Redeemers Connect has been designed with endorsement of the RCCG Europe Mainland Mission. The goal is to create a courtship platform enabling eligible Christian brethren living in Europe and across the RCCG global community to connect in a safe and secured manner with the intent to seek a suitable life partner.
“Redeemers Connect benefits from RCCG’s global presence in over 198 countries worldwide, increasing the universe of finding a life partner and breaking down barriers with regards to race, color, language or ethnicity.
“Redeemers Connect is exclusively for singles, unmarried seniors, widows and widowers with serious intent of getting married within a year or two of enlisting as a member on the platform.
“It is the church’s hope that through this medium, we will celebrate many more marriages within the RCCG global family and share joyous testimonies.”
Meanwhile, the site has a disclaimer that reads in part:
“Every registrant must conduct his or her own independent background check before connecting with another registrant on this platform.
“The Redeemed Christian Church of God, City of David Parish makes no representations or warranties and expressly disclaims any and all liability concerning any damages sustained by any registrant as a result of connecting with anyone on this platform.”
