Ingredients: 

– Salted butter 

– 4 large carrots 

– Sweet or Irish potato 

– Thinly diced celery 

– Onion – Chicken broth 

– Milk – Seasonings (salt, black pepper, spices to taste) 

Instructions: 

1. Melt the butter in a large pot over medium heat. 

2. Add the carrots, potato, celery, and onion. Sauté for 10 minutes.
